Cornbread

Have you ever watched Gunsmoke and wanted a buckskin like Marshal Dillon? Plus, with a name like Cornbread, I mean, what’s not to love? Long black mane and tail, fancy looking, gentle, easy to catch and always ready to go, no matter what! I’ve chased wild cattle for 20 miles in a day, and he never tired or weakened. Then I stopped, took my saddle and bridle off, put it on another horse, and left Cornbread loose- he put his head on our hip, and I never had to double check to make sure he was coming. He was always on my side, following along, ready to go to work again! He moves smooth like a Cadillac and fancy to boot—your friends will stand up and take notice when you bring Cornbread home. I’ve done everything from branding to night calving, even shooting off him. I truly believe you could take him in any direction, from mounted shooting to roping or just going down the trail.
