General

General is the perfect cowboy gentleman. He’s my been-there-done-that Mr. Steady and no matter the job I know he’ll take care of me. At a true 16 hands, he is my favorite wrangle horse because he is athletic, light on his feet, and lightning quick when called for! General has ponied colts, worked the alley and sorted cattle and is not afraid to use his size to push them around if needed. I’ve headed the dummy on him and plan to brand on him this spring. He’s been to town and taken lots of trails through the mountains. He has a good motor, a lot of feel, and is very responsive to cues. General is a solid, high-caliber ranch hand who suits a rider with an honest day’s work and a taste for finesse.
