Our family loves Classy! Bred and raised here on the ranch, she possesses the brain, the beauty and the bod that we are proud to see in our homeraised horses. She is unwaveringly kind and has been safe for every level of rider. She has been on countless miles of trails, done many tasks on the ranch, given rides to little kids in the arena, been in horsemanship clinics- she even carried a banner in the color guard of the Wyoming State Fair Parade! Her best mode is slow-n-steady, but she is no deadhead either. She is respectful and responsive to cues, has lovely handle with a one-handed neck rein, and is comfortable to ride in all her gaits, especially her trot. She was my first pick to snub colts off of this winter and (unsurprisingly) proved a level-headed partner who could lend confidence to timid two-year-olds. We’re looking forward to branding on her this spring where her size, strength and handle should make the job easy. We have turned Classy out for months at a time with complete confidence that she will be the same sweet girl when we bring her back in. She has been an absolute doll for our entire family- from Dad doing ranch jobs or teaching horsemanship, to 7-year-old Moriah riding, to 2-year-old Isaac leading her around the barn. She’s a gem through and through! Ridden by Steven and Hannah Gutenberger. For more info on Classy, contact us at [email protected] or call 307-298-5030.
