McCall is a reliable, country-covering blue roan with a steady nature and willingness to go wherever we want. He’ll sidle up to the mounting block for you to easily mount, then happily carry you wherever the day’s adventure leads, all while keeping a pleasant balance of pep-in-his-step but not hot or jiggy. He rides soft off your reins, gets a gate like a pro, and is great with natural and man-made obstacles. He lopes correctly and has a nice natural head carriage. McCall rides out from the barn alone without a fuss, and has been laid off for whatever time I need without trouble. He’s content to ride in an arena, but he’s even happier outside with a trail ahead of him and places to be. He loves to be loved on and has a sweet temperament that I enjoy! Ridden by Hadleigh True.
