Named for the strong and steady character in a Hallmark show, Mountie Jack lives up to every letter. He is such a good guy! Extremely gentle and kind, Mountie Jack has a very laidback, no-worries personality. This gelding has carried many guests down our trails and has proven to be beginner safe with his slow walk and confidence building nature. We know we can count on him through thick or thin! Natural terrain is no problem and he willingly goes where pointed. Mountie Jack takes time off with gentle solidarity and is consistent day-in and day-out. You can lay him off for the whole winter and bring him back under saddle without a fuss. He can rate from a sweet little jog to an extended trot, stands politely when we drop the rein, and has all the general handle we expect of our horses.
