Silverado

Silverado has been a favorite partner of mine on the ranch. He is kind and confident with a strong work ethic, a picture perfect all-around ranch horse! He particularly excels at working cattle and sorting, yet is laidback and relaxed enough to take out on a solo pleasure ride. Silverado will pair best with a confident beginner or intermediate rider looking for their next all-around working pleasure or cow horse. He knows when the rope comes out and it’s time to go to work, and definitely knows his job! I have used this guy in the branding pen, searched for stock in big country, wrangled the horse herd, and even ridden through the drive through in town. This guy has a very willing heart, is up for any adventure, and is unfazed by anything I put in front of him. He is a rockstar with time off and rides alone no problem. His gentle manner and steady disposition are among his best traits. Silverado had his hocks injected in May 2026 and has been used for full-time ranch work this summer with no issues.
