Barley has been in our guest string for the past few years and has proven himself time and time again, taking care of whomever is on his back. Easy to get along with, beginners and experienced riders alike have enjoyed taking him all over the Powderhorn, from the arena to the mountain. In large groups or small, he doesn’t care where he is positioned in the pack. Confident in whatever terrain you point him towards, he will take his time going through it and make sure you come out the other side in one piece. Ditches, water, steep hills and tight spaces are “old hat” to this guy and he comes back the same even with the whole winter off. Easy to catch and bathe, Barley is one that you can rely on no matter what day it is or how consistently you ride.
