Thomas

Thomas is a laid-back, gentle kind of horse who takes every job and every situation we've put him in in stride. No matter what's asked of him, he's pretty much unbothered and always willing to give it a try. We've used Thomas in clinics all summer, from being a guest favorite at TRU to serving as a dependable mount up at cow camp. He'll go wherever you point him and walks back to the barn just as quietly as he heads out. He's gathered pastures, trailed calves, wrangled horses, and ponied extra horses without complaint. While he does every  job asked of him, his favorite thing is simply hitting the trail and enjoying the scenery. He'll confidently cross creeks and ditches, and keeps a steady attitude through thick brush. Whether you're riding with a big group or heading out on your own, Thomas has that "been there, done that" personality that makes every trail ride as relaxing as it should be. Thomas stands well for the farrier, is great for the vet, loads right onto the trailer, hauls quietly, and is easy to bathe. Ridden by The McNabb Crew.
