“You’ve Got a Friend in Me”- this song from the movie Toy Story should be Buddy’s theme song! He is the perfect size package and an absolute gentleman. Buddy has proven over and over again to be willing and safe. He has been used extensively through all seasons on the ranch from calving to big fall rugged pasture gathers. He works the corrals and pens great. Here is a very calm-natured horse, but quick when asked to be. Smooth traveling, he is an easy ride that will adapt to any level of rider in any terrain. Buddy hasn’t been fazed through bedded deer jumping up, startled pheasants flying off and once two playing dogs tumbling full speed ahead into his hind legs. Easy to catch and always meets you with a “let’s be friends” attitude, Buddy will be happy wherever you are! Loads on and backs off the trailer with ease. Ridden by Marlin Miller.
