Denim is a true blue ranch horse. He has tons of natural cowiness, plenty of speed, ground covering gaits and a big stout build. Although he is content to work in the arena, he is a lover of the great outdoors. He knows his business and won’t quit until you are done. Ken started Denim as a two-year-old for a friend of his, and we had the opportunity to purchase him this fall. We have been roping off Denim consistently for months and he has become a very capable heel horse. Hannah has been learning to team rope off of him since December. We have never had to worry about the solidness of this horse no matter what you’re doing. We have ridden him in a bosal, snaffle, shank and halter, and you can warm him up before roping in nothing but a tie down. Denim is one of those rare true blue roans; black in the winter and blue as a pair of jeans in the summer. He is good to shoe, load, bridle and ground tie. Ridden by Hannah True.
